REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
